Pre-Orders.

Our Pre-Order services can be used to order your item now and receive it when it is in stock.

Payment for pre-orders

All pre-orders will be charged in full at the time of ordering. There are no additional costs associated with Pre-Orders.

Dispatch and delivery of pre-ordered items

Our aim is that your receive your pre-ordered items on the release day of upcoming items, and within 3 days of the ‘Restock’ date if this is displayed for the item ordered.

We advise our customers to choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 as the shipping service for any pre-orders as this is the fastest delivery option.

Pre-ordered items shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service should arrive on the advertised release day when the following conditions are met:

  • We have received our stock two days prior to the advertised release.

  • We are able to dispatch orders the day before the advertised release date.

  • The Pre-Order has been submitted no later than 3 working days prior to the advertised release date.

  • We receive our stock in full and there are no allocations limiting the quantity of product that we are able to dispatch for release.

Pre-ordered items shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service should arrive on release day when the following conditions are met:

  • We have received our stock three days prior to the advertised release.

  • We are able to dispatch orders two days before the advertised release date.

  • The Pre-Order has been submitted no later than 3 working days prior to the advertised release date.

  • We receive our stock in full and there are no allocations limiting the quantity of product that we are able to dispatch for release.

Our ability to dispatch orders for release can be affected by factors beyond our control as listed below.

Delays to pre-ordered items

We cannot guarantee delivery for the advertised release date due to external factors and the use of other companies within the supply chain, nor can we accept responsibility for delays caused by these external factors. Examples of delays which may inhibit your pre-order arriving on release day include, but are not limited to :

  • Delays in our distributor recieving stock

  • Delays in our distributor dispatching stock

  • Delays caused by the courier responsible for our stock between it leaving the distributor and arriving with us

  • Delays caused by the courier responsible for delivering your order once it has been dispatched

    • Royal Mail Tracked 24 service is advertised as a ‘Delivery aim’ of 24 hours. Unfortunately Royal Mail cannot guarantee that the item will arrive within 24 hours of it arriving within their network.

    • Royal Mail Tracked 48 service is advertised as a ‘Delivery aim’ of 48 hours. Unfortunately Royal Mail do not guarantee that the item will arrive within 48 hours of it arriving within their network.

On ocassion the release date for a product may be rescheduled by the supplier and we are unable to control or accept responsibility for any changes to planned release dates.

Communication regarding your pre-order

Once you have placed your pre-order you will receive a confirmation email which will display the amount you have been charged, inclusive of any shipping costs.

You will receive a dispatch email when your pre-order has been dispatched. This will contain your tracking number. Please refer to our delivery policy for further details on delivery.

Orders which contain pre-ordered items

If a pre-ordered item is purchased in the same transaction as products which are currently available, these items will not be shipped until all items within the order are available for dispatch. If any items are required sooner we suggest placing a separate order.

Release dates

We aim to correctly indicate expected stock dates for pre-ordered items but these dates may change due to circumstances outside of our control.

Cancelling your pre-order

You can cancel your pre-order and request a full refund until your order has been dispatched. Once we have dispatched your pre-order you will not be able to cancel your pre-order. You may request a return on the premise of an unwanted item as listed within our returns policy.
