Choosing Boxless.

(Or Tinless!)

The terms and conditions below detail what you can expect when choosing ‘Boxless’ products. Please read carefully prior to ordering any boxless items.

What is ‘Boxless’?

We offer the option to select ‘Boxless’ on certain collection boxes and tins. Boxless products will be sent without the external packaging.

External packaging includes:

  • The cardboard box - applies to items within the ‘collection box’ category

  • The tin - applies to items within the ‘tin’ category

  • Plastic inserts

  • Cardboard inserts

What are the benefits of choosing ‘Boxless’?

  • We can take care of recycling the cardboard and plastic which make up the external packaging of the product. We want to look after our planet!

  • Sending boxless products reduces the packing materials required when dispatching your order which reduces waste.

  • The savings we make through the reduced packaging and postage costs for a boxless order are put back into your hands!

  • Any promo cards included in the contents of your boxless order will be sleeved and placed into a top loader for you, saving you the hassle.

What can I expect when I receive my boxless order?

Your boxless order will be shipped as a large letter.
The contents of your order will be well protected to ensure they arrive with you in the same condition as you would expect from a boxed order.

  • All booster packs will be sealed

  • Promo carda will be protected by the use of Ultra Pro penny sleeves and Ultra Pro top loaders

  • The surfaces of jumbo promo cards will be protected but please note these will NOT arrive in a top loader as we do not currently have access to a suitable product.

  • Code cards for Pokémon TCG live will be placed into a penny sleeve

  • Any accessories - such as badges, figures or coins - will be protected appropriatley

  • All items will be protected whilst in transit by our standard shredded cardboard and paper which we encourage you to recycle at home!
