As the Sword and Shield door closes the Scarlet and Violet door opens, beckoning us with over 190 cards, the return of Pokémon EX, and beautiful artwork!

Get ready to explore the Paldea region with some notable changes:

  • English cards will now use the silver borders used in Japan to unify the game

  • Trainer Card subcategories will be displayed at the top left of the card for improved visibility

  • The name of each energy card will be displayed on the top of the card with a new subtype tag

  • No more set symbols - The english TCG will follow the set codes used in Japan. The code will consist of the set (SV1) and the language (EN)

  • There has been a price increase due to the increased cost of materials and production, but you can continue to expect competitive prices from PokéDecks!

  • Elite Trainer Boxes now include 9 Booster Packs (instead of 8) plus a promo card

PLUS the new Scarlet & Violet mechanic of Terastallization to shake up Game Play.
