Dispatch and Delivery

Your order has been shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, which has a 'next working day' delivery aim however this is not a guarantee (and doesn't include Sundays or bank holidays!).
You should have received a tracking number via email which you can use to monitor your orders journey once it is in the hands of the courier. Hang tight - it should be with you very soon!

We will aim to dispatch your order for in-stock items within 2 days of you placing the order, however during busy periods it may take us a little longer.
We dispatch orders Monday through Saturday, so if you place your order late Friday or over the weekend, it’ll likely be on its way from the following Monday.

Orders

This is a tricky one... Once an order has been placed I cannot modify it due to how our order and payment system works. However, I can try to work with you if you get in touch.

Of course! If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, I can cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If your order is already on its way you can return unwanted items by following the returns policy.

Payment will be taken when you place your order.

Pre-Orders

If your pre-order is affected by a delay, we’ll reach out to you via the email you used at checkout to keep you in the loop. We’ll share information around what’s causing the holdup and let you know our next steps. We always aim to be as transparent as possible!

I would love to guarantee it, but sometimes there are things outside of my control that can affect delivery. My goal is to dispatch all pre-orders the day before release, using Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims for next-day delivery. While this service is generally reliable, Royal Mail stresses that it’s an aim, not a guarantee.
I do everything I can to get your order to you on time, but if your delivery takes a little longer to arrive your patience and understanding is very much appreciated!.

I aim to dispatch all pre-orders the day before release day so your order arrives on time. However, delays in the supply chain can occasionally mean stock arrives a little later than expected. If I don’t receive my stock at least two days ahead of release, it may affect my ability to ship early. But don’t worry - I’ll always do everything I can to get your pre-order to you as close to release day as possible!

If your order includes a combination of in-stock and pre-order items, all items will be held until the full order is ready to ship. This approach helps me keep shipping costs down and ensures everything arrives safely together. Don’t worry - your in-stock items will be reserved just for you while I wait on the pre-order items.
If you’d prefer to receive them sooner, please consider placing separate orders.

Returns

Providing the items are undamaged, unopened, and in their original packaging you have 14 days to get in touch via the contact form to request a return for an unwanted item.

Products

Great question! For current, in-print products, I stick firmly to RRP or below - it's as simple as that. I can restock these products semi-regularly, so there's no need to hike prices. However, when a product goes out of print it becomes harder (and more expensive) to source, and in those cases you might see prices above RRP.

That said, I'm not in the business of inflating prices just because I can. I aim to keep things fair and accessible, balancing customer value with what it takes to keep PokéDecks running smoothly.

The Pokémon TCG market moves fast - prices can shift quickly depending on demand and availability. I keep a close eye on the market with the help of tcgcompare.com and regularly review my pricing to stay in line with the lower end of trending prices.
My goal is to offer you great value whilst ensuring that PokéDecks is sustainable, so I can keep restocking your favourite products and continue to bring in exciting new releases!

I regularly place orders with my supplier to replenish stock, however sometimes demand far exceeds supply - and restocks can be extremely unpredictable!

I recognise the appeal of sealed cases of products, however I don’t ship products in sealed distributor cases. When stock arrives, I open all cases to verify the contents and inspect each item’s condition. This step helps me make sure everything is accurate and up to standard before it is made available to purchase, contributing to my commitment to product quality and integrity.

Sadly not. As minor imperfections in the external packaging can occur as the product makes its way through the supply chain, I cannot guarantee that the item will meet the standards for a sealed collection.

Yes, all our products are shipped to you in their original packaging, just as we receive them from our suppliers. If we receive a product with a slight cosmetic imperfection, we’ll make sure to mention it in the product description — and it might even come with a small discount! We always want to be transparent so you know exactly what to expect.
